Jennifer Flick

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jenn was born and raised in Columbia, IL. She received her Bachelors of Health Sciences in 2013 from Maryville University where she went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December 2015. Jenn is trained in Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, the Graston Technique, spinal manipulation, and the treatment and management of various pediatric diagnoses including plagiocephaly and torticollis.

Jenn’s passion for physical therapy began after undergoing an extensive bout of skilled PT for ACL reconstruction following a sports injury in high school. In that time, she learned the profound role PTs play in the rehabilitation process and how formative these relationships can be. She finds great satisfaction in developing a rapport with her patients, empowering them to push past what they once believed possible, and enabling them to achieve their goals. Jenn is excited to bring her skillset to her hometown, offering personalized 1:1 care, and promoting general health and wellness principles.

Outside of physical therapy, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys keeping up with the local high school sports teams and keeping busy by spending time outside with her husband and two young children.

Sarah Williams

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Sarah was born and raised in Freeburg, IL. She attended the University of Evansville in Indiana for both her Bachelors of Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. After graduation in May of 2021, she returned to this area to work in the outpatient Physical Therapy setting. Since being back, she has started treating pelvic floor dysfunction, like incontinence and prolapse, and is taking multiple courses to learn more about treating pelvic pain.

During her clinical rotations in Indiana and Kentucky, Sarah found that she enjoyed treating people with orthopedic and neurological conditions, specifically in the outpatient setting. She’s excited by thinking outside of the box for treating these conditions and by the impact these treatment techniques can have in a 1-on-1 patient to therapist setting. She enjoys helping people understand how their body works, and then how to use this knowledge to reduce pain and improve movement.

When not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and exploring local areas with her husband. They also enjoy relaxing weekends with their very lazy dog. She looks forward to getting to know more and more people in the city of Columbia and helping to take care of this community.

Hannah Boeving

PT

Hannah Boeving was born and raised in O’Fallon, Missouri. She attended McKendree University in 2016 to play D2 softball while continuing her education with a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science and Sport Performance. She used her degree for two years working as a Personal Trainer at Club Fitness. She loved working one on one with her clients and reaching their personal health goals, but realized she was working around many different injuries with her clients. This made her make the decision to further her education in 2021 and pursue Physical Therapy. She earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Southwestern Illinois College, Belleville May of 2023.

Hannah has always had a love for health and fitness while working along side clients/patients to work towards their overall goals and live a better life. Hannah has loved working with Orthopedic patients to get them back stronger and better than they were prior to their injury.

Hannah currently lives in Waterloo with her husband, step son, and 2 dogs. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports on tv or attending sporting events, hiking/exercising, and spending time with her friends and family.
