Alton Physical Therapy, Now Serving Anderson Hospital Patients

Anderson Hospital and Alton Physical Therapy have joined together to expand access to personalized, high-quality physical therapy throughout the Metro East. At our Maryville location inside of the Anderson Hospital Wellness Center, patients receive individualized rehabilitation from experienced professionals focused on reducing pain, restoring movement, rebuilding strength, and helping you return to the activities that matter most.

Ryan Kovarik, P.T.A.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Ryan was born and raised in Edwardsville, IL. After graduating from SIUE in 2015 with a degree in Exercise Science, he went on to pursue his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from SWIC, and graduated in 2018. Ryan was working PRN for Alton Physical Therapy in Staunton and Litchfield, before accepting a full time position in Litchfield.

Ryan enjoys working with a variety of patients, from athletes to patients recovering from a recent orthopedic surgery. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, cooking, and playing sand volleyball and slow pitch softball.
